Cochlear’s Nucleus Smart App was being stretched by new device combinations, accessories and services. I helped shape EVO from the early audit and product direction through to connection and controls design. The programme secured funding, and onboarding entered development.

Remote Check had to work for clinicians reviewing results and recipients completing it at home. I led much of the clinician portal redesign, the 2023 recipient study and later Usage Data work.

Alkasprings needed more than a new website. I led the move to Shopify and connected subscriptions, delivery rules, routing, customer communications and tracking into one workable service.

The clinic had no shared view of where patients were in their programmes or who needed to act next. I mapped the service and built a tracker the team adopted and kept using.
View projectI usually start by finding what is actually making the experience hard — for customers, staff or the business. From there I work out what needs to change, test it, and stay close enough to delivery to make sure the idea survives contact with the real world.
